We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function in the UK and drive key people initiatives across the business.

 

Role Overview:

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s HR strategy with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, training & development, engagement & initiatives and employee retention. This is a key leadership position, working closely with senior leadership to shape a dynamic and scalable people culture aligned with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

HR Strategy & Leadership:

Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the HR function, aligning HR practices with business objectives.

 

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Develop and oversee effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales and support talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

 

Onboarding:

Design and manage a structured onboarding program that integrates new hires effectively, accelerates productivity, and reinforces company culture.

 

Training & Development:

Build and lead employee induction and development programs, including sales training, leadership development, and performance coaching.

 

Employee Engagement & Retention:

Implement initiatives to boost engagement, promote retention, and support career progression within the organisation.

 

Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure policies and practices comply with employment legislation and industry best standards.

 

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior HR role, preferably within a sales-driven or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing recruitment, onboarding, and training strategies.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering sales training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and assess training effectiveness through various metrics.
  • Human Resources (HR) Management experience and Employee Relations skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Labor and Employment Law.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
