Already proven in sales? We’ll reward the experience you bring with a higher base salary, while our training and field coaching help you apply your skills to the energy market and take your earnings further.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with customers at their doorstep and building genuine rapport
- Using your sales experience to understand customer needs and recommend the right energy solutions
- Delivering a friendly, respectful, and professional experience every time
- Managing and developing your own territory to maximise results
- Consistently hitting and exceeding targets with uncapped earning potential
- Sharing your know-how with newer team members
- Representing Uniquely with pride, integrity, and authenticity
What You’ll Get
- £27,000 – £30,000 base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
- Company vehicle and fuel card (Full UK/EU licence required)
